UPGRADING,
PERFORM ROLLER KILNS AND DRYERS
Combustion plant, ECHO-RADX type, designed with self recovery Carfer burners TR-AR100 suitable for radiant pipes, and with energy saving up to 10% and low percentage of Co and NOX emissions. Working temperature up to 400°C to eliminate the residual moisture due to the glazing lines applications (max. percentage equal to 2.5%) and to avoid that the tilea will blow up inside the kiln.
Combustion plant TWIN FLAME type, equipped with Carfer TWF-50 burners (designed with high efficiency double flame ejection) to eliminate defects such as the size and dimensions variation, the difference in tonality and planarity.
APS-2 PULSAR type cooling plant designed with indipendent fans and adjustment valves, to control the planarity of the tiles.
SCE type combustion plant and heat exchangers in order to control the temperature during the quartz transformation.
ALFA1 high ventilation plant, designed with blowing pipes fed by high pressure fan and suction fan, in order to reduce the tiles temperature lower than 100 °C.
In order to reduce the kiln fuel consumption, there are 2 possibilities:
1) Heat recovery plant, the hot air is sucked from the heat exchangers and sent to the existing burners.
The air temperature (up to 200°C) is automatically controlled and the saving of fuel is up to 10%.
2) Installation, on each burner air feeding line, of the new combustion plant for fuel saving Carfer MDS-E 3.0 modulating air and gas.
The above valve control automatically the gas/air ratio and we can achieve a max saving equal to 15% comparing with the traditional combustion plant where the air delivery is fixed. The combustion plant MDS-E 3.0 can work with hot air up to 250°C and the replacement of the existing burners is not required.
