The unit is designed for drying the fired tiles (monoporosa and double firing process) coming from the squaring and chamfering lines, in order to eliminate the percentage of water (average value 4-5%);

• useful loading width: up to 3.500 mm,

• maximum working temperature: 600°C,

• uniformity of the temperature in the cross section (max. difference equal to 3°C),

• fast drying cycle, in accordance with the tiles thickness, equal to 6-8 min,

• high production capacity in limited space

• heating system by means of radiant pipes fed by self recovery burners, working at high temperature, without any breakage or buckling of the pieces,

• cooling of the wares under the evaporation temperature of the water,

• the drying temperature, is adjusted by means of  thermo regulators controlled by a PLC placed in the main control board.
