The unit is designed for drying the ceramic and heavy clay wares in big sizes (up to 7 m2) and high thickness (up to 35 mm), manufactured by casting, extrusion or pressing process.

• Maximum humidity at the entrance 18-20%,
• Humidity at the exit: less than 1%,
• Automatic control of the temperature and humidity by means of a PLC,
• Possibility to recover hot ait from the kilns, with reduction of the consumption equal to 10%,
• The correct air circulation is achieved by means of deflectors, wing type profile, and by means of adjustable sectional openings.
• Automatic heating system by means of a hot air generator (direct type heating) or by radiation (indirect type heating) utilizing Carfer burner TR-AR 100.
• Automatic control of the air flow (recycling and ejected air) by means of 2 modulating valves installed on the suction and chimney pipe. The valves are connected to the instrument measuring the humidity of the air.
• Motorized sliding door with suitable gasket. 
• Anti vibration dampers to control the noise under the 80 dBa.
• Frequency converters and high efficiency electric motors to reduce the electricity consumption.
