RCE-V TYPE
The hot and clean air, coming from the cooling sections of the kiln,is sent to the vertical dryers as combustion and re-cycling air.
The saving depends on the available hot air temperature and, with hot air at 180-200 °C, can reach the 20% of the installed thermal power.
The recovery plant RCE-V type is designed with a centrifugal fan, working with air up to 300°C, for sending the air from the final cooling chimneys up to the vertical dryers.
The centrifugal fan is equipped with a frequency converter that keeps constant the air pressure by means of a pressure transducer.
For each dryer, the feeding is done by means of a pipe that sends the air either to the left or to the right panel of the dryer and by means of another pipe that feeds the dryer burner.
All the process parameters are controller by menas a PLC with touch screen, placed on the main control board.
