The unit SINGLE LAYER ROLLER DRYER WITH RADIANT PIPES PFR-TR is designed for drying the fired tiles (monoporosa and double firing process) coming from the squaring and chamfering lines, in order to eliminate the percentage of water (average value 4-5%).

– useful loading width: up to 3.500 mm

– maximum working temperature: 600°C

– uniformity of the temperature in the cross section (max. difference equal to 3°C)

– fast drying cycle, in accordance with the tiles thickness, equal to 6-8 min

– heating system by means of radiant pipes fed by self recovery burners, working at high temperature, without any breakage or buckling of the pieces

– cooling of the wares under the evaporation temperature of the water

– the drying temperature, is adjusted by means of thermo regulators controlled by a PLC placed in the main control board.
