The dryer is designed with two separated channels to get 2 proper drying cycles,eliminating any difference of temperature between the upper and the lower layer. Each unit is equipped with hot air generator and recycling fan:the air is automatically sent to the burner and mixed with fresh air in order to achieve the requested temperature and humidity conditions.The hot air is blown on the surface of the tiles by means of pipes with holes, placed on top and under the roller planes. The drying temperature,for each channel,is adjusted by means of thermo regulators,controlled by a programmable unit placed in the main  PLC control board.
