Carfer Forni designed a new roller kiln with double chamber for the anti bacteria and for the tiles surface waterproofing: the heating system is done by means of a set burners and radiant pipes, ECHO-RADX type.

Loading width of the kiln: up to 3.500 mm

Single or double layer kiln, with independent channels

Maximum working temperature: 900 °C

Sizes from 150×150 mm up to 1.500×3.500 mm

Thickness of the tiles: from 4 up to 35 mm

Continuous or forward/backward movement of the tiles

The radiant pipes are place above and under the roller plane to achieve the best heating uniformity

Radiant pipes manufactured in special NI-Cr league, resistant against the high temperature and the corrosion with peeling off

High heating speed, 1,5 – 2 m/min flow speed, according to the thickness and the size of the tiles

Controlled temperature of the wares at the exit of each chamber and at the exit of the kiln
