In order to eliminate the defects due to the difference of the temperature between the walls and the centre of the roller kiln (such as the size variation, the trapezium shape of the tiles, the tonality and planarity variation) the correct solution is to install, above and under the rollers plane, a set of Carfer Twin Flame burners (TWF-50 type).

The twin flame burners will heat the walls of the kiln by radiation and they will work in an independent way, comparing with the other burners installed in the kiln. The feeding of the twin flame burners is controlled by a gas delivery control valve and a safety electro valve, placed on the right and the left side of the kiln.
